The Custom LEGO Modular Rivoli Arcade Corner Left - The Blue Bar built on a 32 x 32 studs Baseplate is a fully tiled and furnished four storey building with a totally original double sided dark blue curved roof (never seen anything similar on the MOC web) freely inspired from the Parisian Rue de Rivoli buildings.

Here is a very majestic model coming with a 260 pages step-by-step building instruction booklet in pdf format and amounting to a grand total of 3566 or 2149 LEGO parts whether in its complete or untiled-unfurnished version. The ground floor is occupied by a fashion shop opening under the arcades and a large bar (The Blue Bar) with a sunshaded terrace. On the left back corner is an entrance with digicode and mailboxes opening on a staircase giving access to the upstairs apartment. The first floor hosts a large living room with a sofa, an armchair, a bookshelf, etc., and a fully equipped open kitchen. Two sliding doors open on the front terrace and on a side balcony. On the second floor is a large resting room, a bedroom and a bathroom fully equipped with toilets, sink and shower. The resting room comes with a straight piano, a reading corner with bookshelf and a dressing. An helix staircase give access to the top floor with a master bedroom a beauty corner, a small living room and a semi opened covered terrace. The double sided curved roof together with the veranda roof are of a very original design giving a special touch to the whole building.
When combined with the Rivoli Arcade Main Building and Rivoli Arcade Corner right, the Rivoli Arcade Central forms the 96 studs long by 32 studs long masterpiece represented in the website banner and for sale,at a whole package discount. But taken alone it will do nicely as well with any other Official or Custom Modular.
